Hi, I'm Penelope.
For years, I believed healing meant becoming someone new. I was convinced I was too much, too sensitive, and too broken to deserve to be happy or fulfilled.
I believed I needed to be better, more spiritual, more pure, and more "perfect", to have the life I wanted.
But along the way, I discovered healing isn't about becoming someone else, it's about remembering who you really are. Who you are beneath the fear, the doubt, and the heartbreak. Who you are underneath the negative stories you’ve believed about yourself for far too long. Stories that tell you there's something wrong with you, instead of the truth... What happened to you was wrong.
When I began my spiritual journey over two decades ago, I struggled to find the right information in the right order, to make sense of all the needlessly complicated new age teachings. For years I fumbled trying to put all the pieces together, and still didn't feel better. I knew there had to be a better way.
